Gametime temperature should be in the high teens with 15-25 MPH. It's going to be miserable. That can only help NIU, IMO. When you're a good running team who is pretty effective stopping the run (except against Rawls), that kind of weather helps you out.

With that wind, windchill may very well be as bad or even worse than WMU last year. I think that was a windchill of about 9 degrees by the end of the game.
