When, do we find out about the seedings?

I think everything is announced at 11 tomorrow morning.

As of now, we could be off next week as a seed or playing next week at home or at Liberty.

I'm happy said poster knows we put in a great bid. Fact of the matter is, we aren't getting a seed and there's a very good chance we will get geographically paired with Liberty. Whatever our "great" bid is this year still probably won't outbid Liberty. I expect them to bid damn near 100k for each round. We won't outbid that. That's not being a negative nancy, that's being realistic.

If Liberty bids off the chart and takes a home playoff game, that is not on the JMU admin. We can't expect JMU to win the bid at all costs. As much as I disagree with the how the JMU admin has handled athletics, I can see that they have to consider the holiday affect on attendance etc. If Liberty does take a home playoff game, I'll be glad to go to LBurg if I can get a ticket!

I did not mean to imply you were offering anything but an opinion. I want a home game as much as anybody but I've become skeptical. I fear an aggressive home fcs playoff bid is a band-aid to cover a wound about to be inflected "early 2015"...

Assuming that the bids are really closed (a big assumption). The NCAA is salivating to draw up LU and JMU as host schools. With one of the biggest FCS stadiums and deepest pocket FCS schools - the committee will do everything feasible to keep the 2 cash cows in play.

By chance, if we travel to LU and put up a big bid, it will be the committee that looks like idiots.

I think a Tribe victory would put them in Lynchburg for sure. However, they might be less inclined to set up a rematch if Richmond wins. Go TRIBE!
