That's a lot of points, even for the juggernaut that is Memphis Football.

We seem to struggle at home against the spread. Better on the road. I think there was only one non cover on the road vs the OPENING line and that's even with Freeze's bs

It's fan PTSD. We're waiting for something bad to happen. Negative waves, Moriarty.

They still have a chance to be bowl eligible. This is the definition of a trap game. Fuente needs to remind our guys that USF is cornered and a cornered team is a dangerous team...

Not worried about the Tigers winning this game. Amazing how quickly that happened.

It's probably going to be a tough, hard fought game. They are changing back to their original starting qb
They only have 6 losses. We didn't throw in the towel last year until loss 7 and I wouldn't expect that they will either.

A quick start by the Tigers will certainly help USF get that 'here we go again' feeling. Jump on them early and then slowly pull away.

Go Tigers!

Have people posting in this thread seen USF play at all. They stall more than they drive on offense. They were down 13-0 in the 4th quarter the freaking SMU. Tulane was more dangerous and they had bowl hopes as well when they played us.

In these last two games, I just want to see a consistent offensive game plan/execution for four quarters. The last two weeks have not been pretty. I don't want to go into a bowl game (I like saying that) relying totally on our defense and special teams.

I suppose that the opposing defenses have had nothing to do with them not being pretty?

Or injuries...

There's room for improvement on the offensive side of the ball for sure but I think fuente has done a great job coaching around injuries and weaknesses.

Yes and the Offense usually finds a way to make a play in the second half. I'd like to start fast too. We should run a hurry up 2 minute offense the entire first quarter, Score 3 touchdowns and a field goal, hold the opponent to 1 field goal, do it again the second half. Beat everyone 48 to 6. :)

Seriously we work better in the 2 minute offense cause Paxton gets that ball out of his hands quick or runs it. He does not hold the ball. I love this team!!

They lost to Wisconsin 27-10 and ECU 28-17. Those are good teams and the games were closer than indicated by the scores. They are more than capable of beating us if we don't play well. As always, good loud crowd will help.

Well, if you have to rely on only two phases of the game, those are the two to pick. Sure would love to see Sam Craft back on the field.

they also got kilt by Cincy and Houston, so they seem to be treading downward.
