Lots of inter-relationships. I'm sure more(hidden/indirect) would emerge if investigated further. They would probably indicate the ability to apply pressure toward voting certain ways...

You may be right, but if feels like we are in the middle of a tough mudder with an Ironman still to go.

Not after the February meeting as we were hoping.

I'm certainly looking forward to his retirement, but not for a second do I believe his influence on the BOT will diminish after retirement.

He's made sure it won't by filling the BOT with employees.

He's an old man with reputedly unhealthy habits, so there's that.
