O$U in a close one. Does this count as a big win for them?
TCU and Miss St dropping out of the playoff picture.

RE: Saturday Nov. 15 games
I always thought that an 11-1 Miss St with their only loss at Bama would be a playoff team. With them being uncompetitive though I think they fall behind some one loss conference champs from other conferences.

Never mind didn't see Miss St had cut it to 6.

TCU survives against a bad Kansas team. Does that knock them back any?

Miss St making a game of it

A 1-loss MSU team is still in the playoff.

I don't think it hurts them too much. It seems to me that the cold weather really bothered them. I would love to see some of the Southern Schools play in cold and nasty weather. Miami FL won 3 of its 5 NC in their own stadium. LSU has won its last 2 NC at the Superdome in New Orleans. USC has won most of its NC at the Rose Bowl in LA. Just imagine how many National Championships schools like Nebraska, Michigan, Ohio St, Penn St. ND, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, and other Northern Schools would have if they got to play in their own cities or states with cold and nasty weather.

Well bowl games are in warm weather cities and domes for a reason. NFL has played one outdoor Super Bowl in a cold weather city in 50 years.

Ft Worth isn't exactly Miami either, I remember us playing a bowl game there in an ice storm.

Northwestern giving ND a game. If their WRs could have caught the ball in the first half they would prolly be winning. Down 3 with 4:10 left.

RE: Saturday Nov. 15 games
An FSU win tonight and it would wrap up a very bad day for OSU's playoff chances:

- They needed to recover an onside kick to beat a team that TCU beat handily.
- The SEC is now in great position to get 2 teams in the playoff.
- Nebraska once again got destroyed by Wisconsin. Beating a 2-loss Wisconsin team in the B1G championship game is not going to give them the boost that they need.

OSU fans are going to remember that VT loss for a long time.

Figured Tulane would fall to Memphis. Sooo wish that game hadn't been played yet.

Dallas Ft. Worth area has crazy weather during the winter. They can have an ice or snowstorm and a few days later it's in the 60's.

So much for FSU. Looks like O$U is in the playoffs

Miami looks on fire. Going to be tough to come back against their intensity.
