There has been a lot of vitriol on this board recently thrown about wildly at both real and imagined enemies.

The problem is that something has gotten lost in the shuffle: The Players. OUR Players.

Players out there laying it on the line. Players like Jake Ganus, like JJ, like… (Insert the whole team here. Hell, I haven’t seen this kind of effort in YEARS)

These guys are playing their hearts out, and I, for one, am feelin’ it!

They still have a tough road ahead to achieve one of our season goals: A Freakin’ BOWL GAME!

If you think players don’t feed on the emotions of their fanbase then you don’t know anything about football.

If the fanbase is angry and confused that is going to result in haphazard play.

We have our enemies and that’s fine. Let us deal with them in their time. Right now what is needed is positive, clear-eyed support.

Channel your pure Blazer spirit in these last two games.

We are more than capable of winning either, or both! Especially if we put it all together. And to put it all together we need to be of one mind.

Concentrate. BE the point of the spear! Slay the mighty buffalo! Eat of the too-eager eagle!

Work all this negativity out this weekend so that come game week we can talk most and excitedly about THE GAME!

The other person we need to make sure we're supporting is Jerod Hasse. He hasn't been mentioned much in this, but we need to make sure he knows he's supported in this as well.
