I am watching Tulsa vs. UCF and every little break in the action they talk about Florida St. and the SEC. I wish E$PN would figure out that we are watching a non-Money 5 game for reason. We want to know about the teams were watching not FSU or Bama.

There are plenty of complaints about ASN but at least they talk about C-USA teams.

Yup ESPN is the worst for this. It's not as if anyone is lacking on discussion about FSU. Just talk about the game that is being played right in front of you

I'm watching and it bugs me too. There's something like a 3 way tie for first in the aac--Cincy, UCF, and Memphis--with some important games coming up. They mention that? Nah. Last I paid attention they were talking about Baylor.

And if last night's epic Cincy-ECU game had been P5, they would have called it a classic.

RE: E$PN isucks
Only problem with ASN is that it is low budget and the camera angles suck at times. I'd rather watch a Herd game on ASN than FCS or ESPN3.

Edit:

They also keep incorrectly identifying defensive backs for the opposing team as Marshall backup quarterbacks who aren't on the depth chart this year. I remember hearing a player called Michael Birdsong a few weeks ago, and last week a Southern Miss DB was Cole Garvin.

That is what I love about being with FoxSports1. When I watch our games unless they are comparing players on the field with players from other teams they talk about the actual game. They talk about the players like they are interested in the game.

With ESPN the game hust serves as background/white noise to their agenda bwing spewed by the guys in the booth.

No complaints from me, I like ASN, but they need to be wary of their sideline mics. While watching UAB & FAU on TV, someone from FAU got loose on a "bubble screen" & flew down the sidelines for an apparent TD, somebody on the sidelines could clearly be heard yelling "F*** YEAH!!!" several times...Whoever it was sounded as if he was in the living room with me watching the game, it was that loud and clear, I got a good 03-lmfao laugh out of it, though.

They have little to no respect for a "non-Cabal" conference, they wear their biases and arrogance on their (bleeping) sleeves.

I get it on Dish in Winnsboro. It's awesome! I only prefer CBSSports over them.

ASN does have kinks that need to be worked out, however if they can get those little things fixed and their programming picked up across places like North LA. Most of us won't have to even bother with E$pn

I love ESPN games simply because ESPN3 is the greatest thing ever...watch it live, or catch the replay anytime you like...it's great.

I love the national exposure on TV but that's about it. They started last nights game by talking about Bama vs MsSt, not the actual teams playing.

My total ESPN viewing is probably a fourth of what it was a decade ago. I've never been a fan of the endless debate shows. I hate the direction they've gone with Sportscenter. And I hate the constant pimping of the CFP and the Power 5 game of the week. I wish Sportscenter, Gameday, and their overall approach went back to being more all encompassing rather than just focusing on about 20 programs. (I know we talk about the plight of the G5, but when is the last time you saw even the likes of Purdue, Boston College, or Army highlighted or featured?).

I guess ratings is the ultimate indicator, but I'd rather a Marshall game be produced by Fox or CBS sports at this time.

Me too, but will it ever change? I doubt it, espin has a love affair with the cabal.

It took a lost to Yale for Army to be mentioned. 03-nutkick 03-hissyfit

RE: E$PN isucks
ESPN only cares about ESPN. Just like showing soccer highlights on SportsCenter. They never did until they started broadcasting games and then it was whole segments devoted to soccer. They did it with NASCAR a few years back too. They cater to what they own the rights to broadcast. In a way I don't blame them. What annoys me more are the complete F-ING MORONS that act like ESPN is the only set of stations that broadcast sports with either that or they are just too damn stupid to know how to change the channel.

ESPN has an agenda and they utilize their channs to push it like further influencing college football by only using the College Football Playoff 12 person Too 25. They ignore Too 25s that have been used for decades and use this 12 person nonsense. People also ask why is it that the do 25 instead of just 4 or even 10. Think about it... If you really don't know then you are part of the problem.
