Why would you want those seats? Unless your goal is to take pictures of the backs of players' jerseys, those seats would be horrendous.
I guess I am just one of those weirdos who goes to a football game to watch…uh...football. I don't go to football games so that I can take cell phone pictures of the backs of players jerseys and I don't go to football games so that I can go to a cheesy club. If I want to go to a dance club, I go to a dance club, not a football stadium. It is kind of the same principle as not going to a laundromat to have a beer with my friends. I understand that there are some laundromats that sell beer, but I am not going there.
If Miami really is fetching big bucks, good for them. There is no way in hell I would pay a nickel for those seats but if other people are dumb enough to pay a premium for them, way to go, U.

I have to assume that these people have actual seats somewhere in the stadium. Nobody would be stupid enough to pay a premium for standing room with zero view of the game. But if they are that stupid, you don't want this news getting out to potential employers or no U grads would find a job.
Now, if the point of this is to get donors close enough to the players to "shake hands" then I get it.
Yeah standing room only at that location is great if you want jersey photos to post to Instagram and you want to watch the game on the jumbotron as the only way to actually see the game.
I'm not opposed to extra revenue streams but I wouldn't want to stand there myself.

I have a season ticket at Row 3 (in the orange seats) and it's the best I could ask for. Perfect height to be almost at field-level but still be able to see everything that happens. Best seat in the house IMO. Go Canes

I don't think third row is that bad, but field passes would suck, unless you're able to chill close to the 10-15 where you're not staring at players backs all day. What fun is it to look at the jumbotron to know what's going on all game? That value isn't worth the money they're being asked for.
