That would be extreme nut hugging to thank Obama for dropping oil prices. He had nothing to do with the shale boom, didn't approve Keystone pipeline, and is wanting credit for oil produced in private land.

In 98 when I moved to Orlando gas was $.78 per gallon so we are still very high.

Barry has nothing to do with the supply of oil being up and prices being down. His polices in fact have been directly counterproductive to that end.
