Turning TX blue?

The first problem is how bad was Wendy Davis. Gold digging sl*ts don't do well in Texas.

Moving to the center would not have helped her. She's an idiot and people knew that.

Abortion Barbie's campaign for Governor was one of the most garishly and gruesomely spectacular political crash-and-burns this country has seen in a long, long time.

Political pros -- and their counterparts in the think tank + academic world -- will study the Davis campaign for years to come as an example of what utter, absolute failure and incompetence looks like. Not to mention some very nasty, ugly personal attacks on an opponent without the use of his legs.

The only saving grace for Democrats is that the Davis campaign was never intended to actually win the election in the first place. But it was intended to "move the needle", as they say, in the direction of Team Blue. Mission Not Accomplished.

Gutter slut is back in the gutter where she belongs.

What is perhaps most fitting is that her senate seat went to a republican.

And not the country-club, Kay Bailey Hutchison type, either.

There are few candidates who have ever made themselves offensive to everybody in the same way she did.

Anyone have a tl;dr of her campaign? I didn't follow and don't know much about her other than she's a lib from Texas.
