Eh… I'm willing to consider this, but offhand I think it's a bad idea, both on the merits and in terms of the public reaction.

If he unilaterally does it, I would support impeachment.

If Obama unilaterally changes immigration policy then the GOP should shout out at the top of their collective lungs how Reid wanted everyone to work together but Obama chose to go against his own senate leader and act alone.

If Obama goes unilateraly it's just to be a di&k. He needs to accept the election and the will of the people and work with Congress and not try to ram something through before the new Congress begins.

Why not? That's EXACTLY what he did with the obamonation that is zerOcare. We've all been party to how well that's working out.
