Glad you got off that interstate to avoid the mess and stay safe. Also saved you a bunch of gas, too. Would hate to have to sit idle that long and use up my fuel then get stuck somewhere because of running out.

What little dusting we had is gone from the ground. My guess is that last night being a surprise (it was not forecast) leading to no salt or sand being out coupled with roadways just being damp led to the wrecks because the bridges and overpasses had iced. The fatality was on elevated section of interstate quality highway.
