Lovely evening with DJ outside on the patio! Good food and nice crowd. Really picked up when my wife asked them to play ROCK & ROLL instead of hip hop!

I was there, as well. Even though there weren't all that many alumni there whom I knew (most seemed to be from the '80s or '00s), I thought that it was really well done. I saw the Class of '54 alumna of whom you speak--very impressive. A fellow from the Class of '13 broke out some impressive dance moves towards the end of the party. And I got some cool photobooth pix with former Owl TE Kolis Crier, whose daughter is now a Rice student.

I was there with mrsbig, talking goat (who never posts) and his wife, and a parliament lurker. A good time was had!

Better than being called big and low, or telling her that she is the low man on the totem pole.

I saw some pictures float by on Facebook. Is that you in the silly hat with Kolis? I had dinner with Kolis in the Village and we saw a ton of folks in Rice gear wandering by. It was definitely a good weekend.

Yes--that was I. They had some good props at that photobooth!
