The only time I ever "disliked" Tech(and even then I use the term loosely) was before I realized you guys were right about ULM, which was probably no less than 6 years ago. There was a time that I took up for ULM to the Tech fans, but that was ages ago and by the end of our time in the Sun Belt my disdain for ULM was approaching Tech fan levels. About the only time after that I butted heads with any Tech fans was when guys like HD laughed at the notion of MT joining CUSA(mind you this was years before either of us joined) and yet here we are.

Please feel free to provide proof of my "long history" of not liking Tech...don't worry, I won't hold my breath.

The girl I dated from Shreveport was a wonderful girl from a great family, she was princess of the cotillion(an event I attended) while we were together.

I don't hate Tech nor did I take shots at North Louisiana. Again, it had nothing to do with Tech or Ruston just the idea of an incest joke being cast from a small southern rural town at a large coastal urban metro was totally unexpected, I promise you that no offense was intended and I apologize if offense was taken, though I'm sure with how you've written my history for me, my apology will be ignored and you'll continue speaking for me about how I hate Tech and someday this conversation will turn to me railing on Ruston and insulting your fans so...do whatever you want pal, I'll try to cope with your contempt for me.

Rice is the frontrunner till proven otherwise. Period. LaTech looks tough as nails w/ Holtz' same ole' same ole' style team that just wins, especially CUSA championships. Looks like a great tourney happening to me. F' the rest of those guys, they don't want us in their club, and realistically we don't need them to do what we do. The danger of letting us little guys in is giving us a shot at derailing their narrative that they're better just because... F' em'. I still really like this conf., think it will grow a LOT in power and perception, and I believe it's where MU belongs and hope we, and the conf. grow together.
