Let me guess - after football season you put all your Ga So gear in storage and unpack your Georgia and Ga Tech gear for basketball and baseball.

We will have earned any bowl game we go to because our fan base has proven that they will buy tickets, spend money and show up.

Yet to be seen for Ga Southern on the FBS level.

So we'll talk about it again when and if Ga Southern makes one in the near future and the fans can prove they are fans.

Excellent smack talk. Because Lafayette has so many more appearances in Omaha than do the Eagles from Georgia Southern University. You do, however, hold the edge in NCAA regional appearances at 14-13. You had an excellent season last year, which is to be applauded. We took games against GA Tech, Clemson, and took two out of three from UGA in Athens. So tell me, why would I EVER put my Georgia Southern gear away during any season? You worry about you, and let us worry about us.

Yeah, the only thing I put away is the tailgating supplies because I'm not much of a fan of any other sport. Just keep talking football during the off season. But you don't see us wearing other team's stuff because in this state.. It's always Football season!(Post, Recruiting, Spring, Summer, Pre, etc.)

But if I did follow the other sports, Southern can hold it's own in most of them.

Which was a flip from the previous week in which NMSU steamrolled TxSt for 639 yards ( plus about a hundred called back ) but escaped with the loss.

I always enjoyed watching some of the die hard flex formation TO lovers talk about TOP after we lost a game in which we had the greater TOP.

I follow most sports, but football, baseball, basketball the closest. And cheerleading when it comes competition season.

when we played Davidson in baseball last year, my fiancé emailed my boss and arranged for her to come bail me out of work on a Friday at about 3pm so we could beat traffic and make the game.

we definitely don't put away our GS gear.
