Both games ended just a few minutes apart, both on the last play of the game, both on national tv ESPN stations, both Memphis victories. It's only late Friday night but the weekend is made!

I heard George Karl (I believe) state on ESPN radio that OKC could be in danger of missing the playoffs because of the hyper competitiveness of the Western Division and the mountain of losses to overcome upon Durant's and Westbrook's injuries.

I think what he meant was that even with your best players, the West is brutal and outside of just a few teams, there are no gimmies.
