$14 tickets is at least better than $8 tickets...so is that just a sale and not a fire sale? That is the same price as student guest tickets.

Discount only for police, firefighters, military and first responders. I'm fine with canned food also giving a discount for that and most people can walk up to a student ask them to buy a ticket for you and it's the same price. Being a season ticket holder this isn't a "fire sale" and is a good thing imo.

It's the final home game and Toledo for a piece of the MAC West lead. Despite this though I don't think we are looking at a crowd anywhere close to sellout with it being a cold Tuesday night. I have no problem with discounted tickets being offered. It's senior night and we need as many people out there as possible to maintain a home field edge. Balls was empty and quiet against us this past Wednesday. We definitely don't want an atmosphere like that for the biggest game of the season.

This will be a national broadcast also, with eyes on us. Especially after our Master Facilities announcement. We normally have done better than our MAC brethern with attendence on these weeknight dates. I would expect a crowd in excess of 12k, double the Ball State attendence.

Please, let there be at least 15k. Our guys have won the second most games in the nation since 2010, they deserve our support! We our going to the next level people, we have to step up our attendance!

Unfortunately, attendance is not a main concern of the MAC. If it were, they wouldn't have corporate sex with ESPN and schedule mid-week night games in frigid November. National exposure is the main goal.

I would love to see one of these midweek games in Oct. at least we'd have a chance of a decent evening. Nov. has much higher chance of cold & crappy weather.

That would be likely if NIU were in the AAC...well Thursday and Friday nights anyways.
