WMU vs. CMU Watch Party in Chicago
Apparently there is a "Western Watch Party" at Duffy's in Lincoln Park on game day. Saw this on a friends Facebook page, and thought I'd share for those of you in (or near) the Windy City.

Thanks for sharing that tidbit. My son lives in Lincoln Park and is also an alumni. He most likely will be there if he can't make the game, once I pass this on.

Glad to hear there's a Bronco watch party in Chicago! Our alumni association needs to organize more of these type of events.

Wish they'd chosen a bar other than "Chicago's Big House," though. 03-banghead

Michigan plays Maryland the same day, and I assume there's a good chance our game time will overlap with theirs. Not trying to discourage anyone from going - just wanted to provide a heads-up.

ESPN3.

http://www.espn3.com @ 2pm, Nov 15th. Will be 100% FREE, since it's ONLY on ESPN3.

If you want to see it on your TV, hook up an HDMI cable to your TV connected to your laptop.

I stopped drinking with CMU alums. Every time I did, I ended up picking up their bar tab.

Yes -- the EMU GAME is what I described.

The CMU game is on November 22nd -- no time set yet, officially. If televised on ABC for the "MAC game of the week" or something locally in places, I would assume Noon.

When I was in Canada last year, I was sitting at the girl's place trying to find some college football on her cable setup. The ONLY game I could get besides 1 on ESPN -- the MAC game of the week! I believe it was like Buffalo vs Kent or something. Really odd.

To add to it -- yes, it's also on ESPN3 (http://www.espn3.com) -- for FREE. The only way it would NOT be for free is if it's aired on one of the ESPN cable channels at all *and* you don't subscribe to said ESPN cable channel.

Yes, even the Canadians need their weekly dose of MACtion. I gave her a healthy does of my own MACtion as well. MAC West -- gotta represent. :)
