Thanks for the reminder! BGSU/Akron should be a good game.

Toledo vs Kent should be a blowout, but I want to see Kent beat them.

Kent State looks absolutely brutal. Never realized their stadium was so small either. The one side looks like high school bleachers.

RE: NCAA Football Week 11
We probably could have typed the responses in this thread before the games started

"OMG NOONE IS THERE!"

"THE MAC SUCKS!!"

"THIS IS EMBARASSING"

haha, it would be easier to fill this thread up before the games started. And yes teams look bad typically in a monsoon, and yes not many people go to football games midweek in November, we should know this.

NCAA Football Week 11
5 FGs and no TDs between the 2 games.
Rainy at KSU and a little wet at Akron.

Lucky for us it'll be too cold to rain next week at HS!

Right, because the weather is why Kent State looks bad. I flat out didn't realize that the one side of their stadium is so small...didn't make a comment at all regarding attendance. I wouldn't expect many to be there for that game in that weather. Not sure your over the top, thread derailing comments were necessary but hey, keep on keepin on MD.

This Toledo defense is so damn bad. Getting shot full of holes by Kent's backup.

Seats more than Huskie Stadium.....
The configuration slightly altered the stadium's seating capacity reducing it from 30,520 to 29,287 before the latest renovations reduced capacity to the current figure of 25,319.

Also, you always want to play against the other teams best. Woodside already was Toledo's back-up. How much help do you think the Huskies need?

A lot. Something tells me though this is just the year of the Bronco, watch NIU pull the upset next week vs UT, and then BG beat UT, and WMU will clinch against NIU.

What happened to wood side? Changed the channel for a bit and he was out. I watched most of the game and Toledo is very beatable.

Interesting......Toledo fans are like NIU fans: win but not by enough and coaches suck. Though, in all fairness I will be frustrated until I see NIU play to their potential in all three phases (defense like vs northwestern, offense like 1st half of unlv, special teams like ?)
