Fifth Year Anniversary of LeMoyne's Epic Exhibition Win Over Cuse
I was really happy for Lemoyne...even though it came against my Orange. In true Central NY fashion...yes, Lemoyne has printed 5th Anniversary T-Shirts. The Cuse players rebounded and did well that year. Lemoyne had a good but not great season. One for the ages.

BTW, Canadian power Carleton Ravens visited the Orange for an Exhibition game yesterday. Cuse won by 8 points after trailing by 15 in the 1st half to the team from Ottawa. BTW, don't laugh...this Carleton team would beat the typical P5 Hoops team early in the year.

I remember wearing a LeMoyne t-shirt to the UC-Syracuse game that year just for the hell of it. My parents are both LeMoyne alums and of course were big Syracuse fans back in the day (as most people at LeMoyne are), but they're UC fans now that they've had two kids graduate from there.

Carleton is good - I think UC played them last year. We destroyed them, but I think they beat several P5 teams last year and they've won 10 of the last 12 Candian national championships. They beat Memphis twice earlier this year and lost to Indiana by 10.

A memory and upset not quite like seeing Jim Valvano running around the court looking for someone to hug over and over and over and over and over to the infinite power. Well that, and the Lorenzo Charles alley-"oops." May they both rest in peace.

Your game last year was close until you pulled it out late to win by 14 pts. You might be thinking of the games you played a few years earlier. Carleton has a pair of brothers (Phillip and Thomas Scrubb) who have a chance to play professionally next year in the NBA or Europe. BTW, Carleton beat Memphis by 32 and 10 pts back in the summer.
