Congrats to these guys, but especially to our man, Marcus Cox. He seems to have put his fumble-itis behind him and is is now just running like a wild man. Good to see. Coach had no choice but to start Upshaw over him after the Liberty fiasco, but instead of sulking, he put his head down and fixed the problem and now its a thrill to watch him play.

I met Franks when he was in Fall camp for his true freshman year. He was on the cusp of being on the team that year but injured his ankle; so they just threw on the red shirt. Kind of glad he didn't play that year and we have him now. Still weird to have seen him on special teams this week. Then he gets this. Kid's a gamer.

I was hoping to see Simms McElfresh for special teams. He should win it on name alone.

I know the kid who got offense POW deserves it. I just wonder what Michael Gordon has got to do to win.

Gordon was a TD stealer Saturday. Barely got over 100 yards, but got 5 TD's somehow. That's hard to do.

So wait, is it the snow that's the Offense Player of the Week or an App player?

250 yards and 3 TD's was all it took this week.

Yep. He and Olewale Dada are captains of the All-Name Team. Simms is a great guy and incredibly hard worker. It was fun watching him on that fake.

Oh come on I don't know if you heard, they played in the CAA for a year. Weather was a non-factor. 05-stirthepot
