The one where darn near EVERY referee through the flag, called targeting a defenseless receiver....reviewed the call....took FOREVER, then REVERSED THE CALL COMPLETELY...WTF????.....how does that happen? How horrible are CUSA officials when everyone throws a flag....then it get's completely overturned......and on top of that they take another 20 minutes to review it to find out how much more time to put on the clock. CUSA refs are clearly demonstrating that they have no capacity to understand what the hell is going on in the game of football.


Does ANYONE have any video footage of that hit? I have to see this targeting a defenseless player hit (that every ref through a flag on)...which later got reversed, and ultimately there was no penalty whatsoever.

CUSA refs are horrible. Everyone knows that. But acting like they're out to get USM and somehow justifying a 21-point loss because of them.....come on now.

We lost because our QB should be filling the gatorade coolers, not leading an offense.

I sat somewhat close to that play. They also showed it on the big screen. The refs got it right in the end.

They got it right, he wasn't targeting. He didn't hit his head or neck area.

I don't think anyone has video of a targeting penalty because there wasn't a targeting penalty in the game.

Are you upset that the penalty was overturned? Well, I'm sorry that that the refs were following the rules, since they clearly have the power to overturn both the ejection and the 15 yard penalty this year.

Now, as for the fumble return TD, yeah you got jobbed on that one.

I saw the replay at the sun bowl and at home on the telly. I can honestly tell you that the refs got it right the second time. It was a good hit, no helmet involved. I'll bet the receiver will remember that hit though. I know everyone cringed at the sun bowl.

CUSA refs are the worst. Have you seen them mark the ball? Its usually 1-2 yards further or behind the actual stop. Where do they get these people? Are the Sun Belt refs any better?

Got that one right...but the fumble recovery for a touchdown and a confirm?.....Hummmmmmmm. No doubt we beat ourselves in this one. Now, for the Tech fans that think Weeks is better than Mullens, I have some beach front property.........

I thought C-USA refs were the worst until I watched a couple of PAC 12 games.

Was there a rule change? I thought they could overturn the ejection but not the penalty.

Rule changed in the off season.
