Rough week for ECU in the computer rankings, because not only did we lose, but all of our OOC opponents also lost.

Does the CFP reference these rankings? Not busting on them but if they did then how was ECU ranked the highest in the 1st CFP poll lasted week? The reason I say this is I believe Marshall was still ahead on Massey, etc leading up to the 1st CFP poll.

ECU is currently at 34 in the a coaches and 30 in the ESPN Power poll.

Thoughts?

Who has LaTech beaten? They lost to a 1AA team and are ranked that high?

Houston caused 5 turnovers in that game. If we could have had just one of those back --- especially during either of those 4th quarter drives we just might be looking at an Access Bowl possibility.

ULL is our signature win currently tied with GSU for the top of the belt. We have to losses against OU and Auburn and IAA NSU. We also have wins against UTEP and WKU by 56 and 49. They are ranking us based on our D which is very good. The only game that was in doubt that we won was UTSA and we were up by 14 with 7 minutes left in the game.

No a lot of good wins but the margin has been impressive.
