Week 11 Power Rankings
1. Georgia Southern - they continue to roll
2. Louisiana - got a hard fought win but that's what champions do
3. stAte - struggled against the run but got the W
4. TXST - Looked better at times on offense but need a complete game to beat GS
5. ULM - hung with Texas A&M and should have won. Work on that red zone offense
6. USA - fought UL good but not enough in the end
7. App St - two big wins over bottom dwellers seperates them from the bottom of the pack
8. Idaho - had a great chance to beat stAte and shot themselves int he foot over and over
9. NMSU - every time it looked like TXST would blow them out, they fought back
10. Troy - can get a second win this week
11. Georgia St - Less than 70 offense? Not even snow is an excuse

RE: Week 11 Power Rankings
These power rankings look promising. Think when App State gets it together, Troy when they get rolling again with there new coach, you will have a pretty competitive top notch conference

This conference looks very promising in the next couple of years. We just have to find that school that can be competitive in the Sunbelt.

1. Georgia Southern - Boring win over Troy never in doubt from kickoff.
2. ULL - Pulled out a battle at USA.
3. Ark St - Tight game late, but nightmare travel gets them a pass.
4. ULM - Solid performance vs A&M
5. Tx St
6. USA
7. App St
8. Idaho
9. NMSU
10. Troy
11. GaSt - Thrown in the towel for 2014. 1st FBS win will have to wait until 2015.

Co-sign. Rankings are about right. Our soft October schedule is over. Next three games (@TXST, @Navy, ULM) will provide better measuring sticks.

My thoughts exactly. Anybody wanting to leave this conference as it is taking shape is a fool. I see 6-7 strong teams within the next two years. This conference has tremendous upside.

I agree with these except I think USA and ULM should be tied for 5

App should be better by far then last year, unfortunately doesn't mean anything since last year we were probably last or second to last in basketball, but I see us atleast only slightly bringing down the conference this year, I love our new coach and the players love him even more, asked a 5th year senior starter and he had no loyalty to capel, straight up said fox is better and that we should definitely do a lot better

App will be near the basement this year but with new coach Fox in place hopefully that won't be for long. I at least expect our guys to be fundamentally sound this year with a heavy emphasis on defense, something that was totally lacking under Capel.

It seems they will be, Tommy Spagnolo was who I talked to, and he seems really enthusiastic about this year and more confident, he's a quiet guy and when I asked he had a light in his eye and was actually pretty talkative for him, seems there may be a fire in the team and a renewed belief in themselves which is the first key.
