LOSSES: @ South Carolina (4-4) & P5 school, @ Temple (5-3)

1B. Boise St: 6-2, NOTABLE WINS: Colorado St, BYU (4-4)
LOSSES: Neutral v #4 Ole Miss, @ Air Force (6-2)

1C. Colorado St: 7-1, NOTABLE WINS: @ Boston College (6-3), P5 school, Colorado, (2-5) P5 school.
LOSSES @ Boise St

1D. Marshall: Undefeated. No notable wins.

Its not a 4 way tie...its CSU but with asterisk, and marshall...then maybe boise..

agree. CSU has the best win and overall mark but they need a Boise loss. Yet that Boise win over CSU will be over a top 25 team before the end of the year.

Marshall may get in but their schedule is really weak so we will see how important the strength of schedule marker really is

ECU would have to win out and get some help. I don't think we have to worry about the winning out part. I could see ECU with 4 losses at this point.

ECU is still in this if we finish 10-2 and Boise and CSU lose 1 more, and Marshall loses 1. Heck, I'm gonna say this: A 2 loss ECU, a 2 loss Boise and a 2 loss CSU is more deserving than an UNDEFEATED Marshall this year with that schedule they play. Worst schedule in modern college football history.

Marshall is getting the help it needs. I think that will continue.

It is Marshall unless Boise loses...than it is Colorado State if they win out...in other words it is Marshall vs. Boise State...

Exactly. CSU doesn't control their own destiny. They are dependent on a Boise loss to get it. Now if Boise loses and CSU wins MWC championship game to finish 12-1? It's over. CSU goes to Access Bowl

We'll find out how the committee views things come Tuesday. ECU was #23 and will, most likely, drop out. It will be interesting to see who moves up.

Most likely. Plus ECU got another loss coming.

In the last 3 years ECU is vs 3-10 vs teams with at least 7 wins for the season (assuming USC and Temple get there this year)

In that same span ECU 20-0 vs teams with .500 or worse record(&FCS).
(USC is currently 4-4, 19-1 if they don't finish with 7 wins)

I can't believe people don't see what's coming. as we get closer to the end of the season, marshall is going to come under withering criticism for their easy schedule and their sh!tty conference. then, the media and the powers that be will rally around a single "anyone but marshall" candidate that is particularly "victimized" by marshall's easy path to success. the butthurt will rage, politics will rule the day, and marshall will get what ned beatty got in Deliverance.

then, there will be a epic meltdown on the board that will make the road game controversy last year look like a three year old's birthday party -- all because they naively refused to see it coming.

honestly. people actually think this whole playoff deal was created to make the world fair; it's bullsh!t. it's another mechanism of control. it's there to protect the status quo.

MTSU is arguably Marshall's best victory to date, they are losing to BYU 21-7 after 3, Boise blew out BYU last week.

Sad to say, this weekend the AAC said goodbye to the Access Bowl. It's MWC or CUSA. I hate that.
