Roll Wave!

The line has gone from Cincinnati favored by 2.5 to now being favored by 6.5.

If Tulane doesn't make special teams mistakes they win. Tulane should be able to rush for over 200 yards in this one. This should be a great game and great exposure for Tulane/Cincy and The American as its the only game on tonight.

Besides Memphis v Tulsa...

Looking forward to seeing the Cats in your folks new stadium. Agreed though, a good game it should be.

the return of tanner lere, i expect tulane's offense to dramatically more explosive with him under the helm, if he can reduce the large amount of INT's this could be closer than alot of people thimk

You do not realize how bad the Tulane ST unit really is. That's a really big "IF" for Tulane.

Tulane wins this game. Not even a question about it. The defense is back. Tanner will explode the passing game like it was before he was injured.

I don't like the idea of Kiel having the ball late in a close game. I can see Cincy stealing the game late.

Boy you Tulane fans have a lot of confidence. One guy says the Green Wave will rush for over 200 yards, it will be an easy win and you comment that it will take UC "stealing" the game to win. You guys need to get over yourself.

Really? Tulane wins if they do not make special team mistake. I think you should be more concerned about stopping UC offense.>

Oh i am sorry, get over ourselves?

This is just a little sample of the other side being blasted in a blog and all over twitter

Quote:http://cincyontheprowl.com/2014/10/31/5-...reen-wave/

If there’s any game to prove that he’s still able to make an impact, it’s against Tulane.

He doesn’t need to play tonight and if that means starting him on the bench, so be it. But if the Bearcats can get Mike Boone going and play even average defense, Kiel won’t be needed against the Green Wave so they can preserve his health for East Carolina

Quote:I know Gunner wants to play, but I don’t really see the point in starting him against Tulane. Get him ready in case of emergency, like UC is losing, but get him that rest and save him for East Carolina. One game is majorly important, the other is Tulane. Tulane is garbage.

Dude you guys are a two win program thus far. Beating UC would be your biggest win since 1998.

You are 2 and ******* 5. One of those wins was a 12-3 win over a UConn team who has only beaten Stony Brook. The other is a 15 point win over an average FCS team.

It will take far more than a good special teams night to beat UC.

Do the math - Tulane averages 164 yards rushing a game and Cincy is giving up 214 yards a game - its not a stretch to say Tulane will rush for 200 yards.

There's a reason the line has moved 4 points in UC's favor.

Hell, I was shocked when it didn't open with UC as a touchdown favorite.

tulane is neither miami with duke johnson, ohio state nor even is it as good a rushing team as memphis or toledo who are 2 of the better g5 rushing teams in the nation and statiscally on another level than tulane..

tulae is more on the usf level with the run game with marlon mack they only had 40yds rushing vs cincy ...i think tulane can get over a hundred though
