Volleyball has their own dedicated arena and a 300 person pep band.

Things like that an jump start a program into the top 25 when you don't have to deal with recruiting things like big tv contracts, power conference perception and pro drafts.

Nice to see the volleyball investment paying off.

And womens soccer, what a program from start to now.

Actually it's 21-1 but yes that is a great start. UCF men's soccer is 1-3-3.

Memphis is interestingly second in the above listed sports and 2-4-1 in men's soccer.

I don't know the state of college volleyball, but that seems like a pretty good setting to me.

By the NCAA rankings 26th, Coaches' poll 31st. ECU is still rebuilding with second year HC Julie Torbett (PSU stand out player, grad 90). From 2010-2012 we won only 6 games, Julie's first year 13, more than twice the 3 years. Now, with 11 games left ECU has 11 wins so this year and is improving each week. ECU was 2-2 in the Penn State Invitational, which only teams coached by former players are invited.
