Cato is a tough and gutty kid. I don't think he is worried about the WVU fan base. I have watched him play twice this year. The kid is focused and determined. He is a once in a generation type of player.

He is, he won't be bothered at all by the hostility.

I am however worried about his speaking... He's soft spoken as is and if they get super loud I worry he will be hard to understand as he will lose enunciation due to the volume.

He's not amazing at impromptu interviews and I feel that reflects a lot back on his upbringing where his older sister, siblings, and coach's always spoke for him.

He's had some speech coaching in the last year. You can tell, he has slowed his word pronunciation down a ton. The nutjobs who root for the Who might try and kill him but they couldn't rattle him.

I hope Tom Rinaldi just has him in for an interview in a secure location though. Ive seen what those ppl can do. They destroyed over 50K in property after the Baylor game. And the thing is the Hole is the only place in college athletics that do this.

A lot of ppl say its from the ppl who come from out of state that riot and to that I say BS. After the Baylor game 4 students were expelled from the Who and a football player (Elijah Wellman) was spotted in rioting.

How Marshall and the Who share a state is beyond me.

If you don't think the PR firm had a hand in this you must not know what a PR firm does. This is fantastic for Marshall.

No, there is a town called Miami in Kanawha County. And he was taken to jail in a WVU hat and shirt.

I have seen a few times when a player has an off week but I would not say that it is common.

Somehow this just seems like a bad idea….Hopefully they do not interview him on set in front of the WVU fans, that would not be a fair deal for Cato. ESPN should not set him up for that kind of verbal and possibly physical abuse.

As stated on Herdfans.com, he comes from the roughest neighborhood in Miami. There isn't much he can't handle from the inbred hilljack beagle******* of Morgantown or the spoiled rich kids of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Has nothing to do with whether he can "handle it" or not…They should not put him through that kind of deal, it is just not fair to the kid. I have no doubt he could probably kick all those WVU jerks asses but he is there as a reward for what he has accomplished and he should not have to put up with a bunch of jerks heckling him in the background.

+2 And I am truly confident that the Eerdiots will show Gameday what they truly excel in: Eerdiocy.

There's a lot you ignorant ****s don't know. At least you seem to have ability to learn. That puts you miles ahead of the typical couch-burning sister toucher. I still hope you choke on a piece of Bob Huggins' enlarged heart.

Plus, **** you.
