This is an amazing true story that happened to me about 10 years ago. I was walking (amazing as that may sound) down a local street when I saw a local District 3 policeman had a Latino pulled over and tearing the inside of his car up. I asked the cop why he had pulled him over and I was arrested for "Obstruction of Official Business". I spent the night in jail and had to go to court. Judge Rosen was still on the bench. As the verdict was about to be announced, Rosen looked at me and said, and I will never forget this, "You are only guilty of being stupid, Mr. Tipton. Never bother a policeman in the performance of your duties." I paid court costs and had a record. Amazing, but I was guilty. 03-nutkick
