Question is can he gets his legs/feet/knees to be strong enough to carry that load.

If he can, he could become a very good ball players at the college level. But if anyone goes small you will be forced into a zone without a doubt.

I agree he's liable to have serious health issues.

He's a novelty. There was a guy at NC Ashville a couple of years ago about 7'5 and 300. there's 3-4 plays a game where these guys look good, the rest of the time they are trailing the action, getting in foul trouble, losing the ball when they bring it below the waist, etc.

Good for him, hope it turns out well, but it rarely does.

No video of him running the floor. Which I take to mean he can't do it very well. With him on the floor it will be like 5 on 4 when they are on defense. He also can't jump very high, not that he needs to for dunks but he won't get many blocks unless his timing is really good.

This. If they don't have the instinct to be in position, having the ball stolen by shorter players is inevitable.
