Bo questioned early-down play-calling. Said that was on the staff and he has no choice but to run the plays that are called (unless the play call is a quick 5-yard out to set up a game-tying FG against LSU).

Freeze took full responsibility on Sunday, saying he has to coach Bo better and make it clear what they are tying to do on certain plays.

As a Rebel football fan, I have no issue with either of the above. Both statements are true. I don't think things are falling apart, just a tough loss mixed with emotions. They'll bounce back.

At worst Ole Miss goes 8-4 or 9-3. 10-2 is still a real possibility and they hold the keys to the CFB Playoff if they win out. Not a bad time down in Oxford.

He's right. The only time they open it up is when they are trying to beat the point spread.

I'm with gt on everything he said. I have just never liked them or their fans. On the other hand I have never minded state. I guess bc they as well have to put up with their fans.

Zero need to not tweak a school that even when good for them, cannot handle it and will use an upset win to prove to themselves they are truly as significance as a Southern Cal. Even in two seasons when they struggle to go .500.
