The game was not as close as the score. Our D dared WKU to pass and proceeded to pick off 4 passes.

Good teams make mediocre teams look bad. It just is. Not happy about you pissing off their team before we play 'em, however. If they play like that in Huntington though it won't matter.

I dont think i have seen a team start the season and have suh high hopes and look so good after week 1, to just completely fall on their faces the rest of the season.

The Tech defense was terrific with a doubt. WKU played their worst offensive game of the season by far. I'll give them props on great defense but the offense was terrible, worst I've seen in a couple of years. Doughty was just bad, anyway you look at it. He just threw so many passes off target, you have to credit the D but still he was so off compared to normal.

Kinda my thoughts also. I still think we lose by 14-17 points the way tech played today even if we played our normal game.

Doughty showed what happens if you pressure him, turnover city. He is a very good quarterback, but has never had the "it" factor. I am not sure who we have in the wings, but I sure would like to have an "it" guy again (Jakes and Doughty both were lacking in that category).

Very classy posts WKU guys - next year we have to go there and the score maybe reversed - go luck with the rest of your season and I really enjoyed watching you'll kick the crap out of BGSU

No one knows what the C-USA schedule will be next year for crossover games. This year's schedule was a one-off because of the unbalanced divisions.

We are bad bad but no way we are 55 to 10 bad...Our entire offense must have thrown a Halloween party and up late last night after today's performance..I will give your defense credit, they came to play, after our offense did not work first few players, seems as if we just gave up at that point.....I just hope our DC can learn a few things from Manny Diaz.....FIRE HOLT!

It's funny. Every CUSA team that LA Tech beats comes away thinking they really aren't that bad. I guess we just have that affect on people. Despite absolutely steamrolling the 5 CUSA teams we've faced, LA Tech is still getting no respect. I guess the only answer is to win 'em all.
