Houston's Stadium
Didn't harry say he was writing an article about Houston's new stadium and expect it during the bye week? Have I missed it or has it not been published yet?

He did and no you did not miss it.
I am looking forward to reading about it. Looks and sounds like a great site to pattern ours.

Love the idea of closing off roads for tailgating space.

Closing off roads would be perfect for tailgating. The only issue I see is the EMS system not on board with it.
I think the field in the back of Larchmont Elementary would also be perfect.
Been to ECU a number of times and they use a field next to a school. And just about any other open lot around the stadium.

I agree. This would be the perfect size and provide for future expansion in the distant future. I think 40,000 seats would take care of our needs for at least ten to fifteen years.

You do realize though that this exact plan will not work for us. They dug down 25 feet below ground level to put their field. If we did that, we would have a swimming pool and not a football field.

But doesn't the NCAA sponsor swimming?
