Raita, Segrest and Scarbinsky will try to fill the 10:00 to 10:30 spot on every week night with sports news and stories. This could be good for UAB coverage since they are setting out to fill 2 1/2 hours per week on a local broadcast channel starting tomorrow night.

So out of 2 1/2 hours 10 maybe 5 minutes of UAB talk.

Stop it. Just stop it with the foolery. And I am pretty sure the show will air Monday through Thursday. Why it is airing at 10:00 pm makes no sense to me when the news cast is on.

Stop it. Just stop it with the foolery. And I thought the show will air at 11:00 pm, not 10:00 pm? It makes no sense to air at 10:00 pm when the news cast is on.

Saw an al.com article on it.
4 nights a week going to 5 nights a week after high school football season.

I haven't watched any of them on tv in several months & haven't really missed anything.

Further thought: Maybe NBC 13's adventure into their sports at 6:30 was pushing them ahead of 33/40 in sports coverage & 33/40 noticed it.

33/40 is an ABC station. Is CH 68 affiliated with that network in any way?

33/40, 21, 68 all owned by the same company now, Sinclair.

33/40 also known as channel 67 on Directv & other providers.

Last night, has a segment on UAB - very good - basically said Clark had restored hope to UABs program.
Thinks we have a chance for bowl eligibility but does not matter in the long run because Clark is quietly improving the program

It was an ok segment. They goofed on McGee, mentioned the athletic foundation, and gushed over Clark. Riaya did bring up the question "If you are a Birmingham business, do you support/invest in UAB?" Everyone agreed they should. This is Birminghams team in Birmingham.
