The End

Right, plus you can't rush your way out of a wet paper sack, thus the one dimension and its inflated #s. Thanks for the assist

Yeah imagine when we actually get a RB...

Because you are a glutton for punishment I'll humor you.

I would "imagine" it would look remarkably like Saturday seeing as though we were blowing up your boy 4 yards deep in the backfield. Bo Jackson circa 1985 wouldn't have helped you. But hey, gif's and all.

So our lack of a defense reflects negatively on our offense and transitively on our QB.

...or...you hate GSU and refuse to admit he is the best QB in the conference...

LOL

He was talking about Caffey getting blasted at the line or in the backfield.

Caffey "looks" like a good RB. He's wasted behind your OL though.

That's what he's talking about.

But by all means trolLOLOLOLO and all that

Unfortunately as a Jag fan, Bridge isn't even close...

Completion %
Georgia State #55
South Alabama #118 (last in Sun Belt)

Passing Efficiency
Georgia State #48
South Alabama #107 (last in Sun Belt)

Passing Offense
Georgia State #15
South Alabama #96 (last in Sun Belt)

Bridge has one of the strongest arms I've seen App play against and against App he had open receivers all day and didn't miss. I've seen him play a couple of other games on TV and he still had the cannon but was no where near as accurate as he was against App. Arbuckle looks to be a lot more accurate than Bridge from my limited observation but doesn't have quite the cannon. Hopefully he doesn't have the field day against App that USA did. The Broadway kid at ULL has looked good at times too.

Other thoughts?

Arbuckle and it's not even close.

Of the two who has the best chance to play on Sundays? I'm going out on a limb to suggest Bridge. Of the two who has the best chance to make the Senior Bowl or even get drafted? Again, I'm going out on a limb to suggest Bridge.

I may be wrong (I frequently AM) though.

Would agree with this. Bridge has the measurables. Arbuckle has the soft factors. NFL is more concerned with the potential they have based on the physical traits of an athlete. They can coach potential and teach good mechanics, they can't make someone have a strong arm or be quick though.

NFL teams would have to view Arbuckle like they viewed Chase Daniel. (Who seems to be doing well for himself, by the way, but he was also a top-5 Heisman candidate.)

Bridge is going to be a good NFL Tight end.

I don't know who has the best chance to play Sundays, but I know who has completed more than 50% of their passes and carries the team more than they have gotten carried.

this NFL talk around bridge is silly at this point, right now hes a poor man's tim tebow with less durability and fewer intangibles but similarly poor mechanics. dude has got to get some consistency

Arbuckle doesn't have the size or arm strength, Bridge has no accuracy.

The best player playing the position of QB in the Belt is Ellison. By a landslide.
