What else can we do? It's just reality. Our defense sucks. I realize that they are still mostly FCS recruits, undersized, etc. But that doesn't come close to explaining all of it. There are Big South teams whose defense is better than ours right now.

Yet somehow EMU only managed to put up 3...are they just that bad?

I would write that one off as a weather-related anomaly. After all, EMU held us to 17 (including a special teams score.)
