Not following. What's strange with kicking that field goal? Makes it so that two TDs don't beat you, just cause a tie, unless they convert both 2-pt conversions.

Taking it from +12 to +15 is huge. Can't imagine why anyone would question doing that.

Completely bizarre play. Never seen anything like that.

Really poor coaching at the end by Ole Miss. They had a 3rd down with 9 seconds left, and the clock stopped with no time outs left.

What they did: Dawdled around, finally deciding to send the fg team out, only to get a delay of game penalty.
What they should have done after deciding to kick it: Spike the ball on 3rd down, giving the kicking team plenty of time to set up.

La Tech played a solid second half. Think we may need to win out if we want our showdown with them to have any meaning for the division title.
