His voice sounds like it has more real expressiveness to it in the slower version. The faster one reminds me of an engineered compression.

The actual music in that song, especially at the beginning before the lyrics, is just incredible. Almost mesmerizing.

that song among others he wrote was pretty much the basis of all modern music. I could easily segue every r&r song I know and it lead me back here

If God is a rock and roll fan, this song must be on His List of Favorite Songs too.

Everlast. I love how Santana's Geetar sings....like when he says there's a monster and out comes that word in pure sound.

This song is another tribute. It's kind of haunting...I tried to learn it, but couldn't separate myself from the emotion.
