OT: 2015 NCAA March Madness in Cleveland
Sorry this is off topic, figured there would be some Ohio folks that could help.

Going to be in the Cleve in March for a conference, coincidentally the same week that the Regional Games (Thurs&Sat) are being played at the Quicken Loan Arena.

Curious how much ticket$ are going to run, how difficult it is to get tickets for these games, ect. Mostly just going for the experience, would love to support a MAC team if the opportunity presents itself. Anyone with insight???

According to the Quicken Loans website right now only the upperdeck behind the baskets are available through them at $200 a ticket.

The $200 ticket is good for 3 games ( semifinals and finals). If you have ever attended the MAC tournament, you know that the Q is a great arena, all seats are pretty good.

You'll be able to get tix at face value or less on Stubhub close to the day you want to go. They will be nosebleed area, but if you want better seats you can get them too for a price.

Not necessarily. Depends on who is playing. If 0$U is their - good luck getting close to face value. Same with a school like Duke or UK.

Id say, buy some now so in case a MAC team makes it, otherwise you can sell them. They will want a regional power (I.E Ohio State, Michigan, Michigan State, ND of the higher seeds) to fill seats so more than likely you'll make a profit if you dont go

Dont forget people, this is for the Sweet 16 and Elite 8. Should be all quality teams. I think I am going to jump on some tickets

No, it's the round of 64 and 32. So it is for the Sweet 16 on Sat-Sun. Then they move on to the next weekend when they play to get to the Elite 8 and Final 4.

A rare factual mistake, Axe. Cleveland is hosting the regionals this year, rounds 4 and 5.

Really? Wow. I missed that. I would have sworn that it was round 2 and 3.

So it's Columbus that has 2 & 3 then? Missed that boat.

Not sure how rare the error is. My wife could weigh in on that...
