Unless something changes at NIU in a hurry you will beat us decisively when we meet later this season.
That is great publicity for the program, thanks for sharing.
Yep, great to see more press about this team.
That said...

Gah. Yeah, watching that 4th quarter sucked, but I truly didn't feel at any point during the Toledo game that those couple missed kicks may cost us the conference. Lots of football left to play, but that scenario is a hell of a lot more likely than it was 4 weeks ago!
Interesting that we are 41st in the nation in rushing according to that piece. With (basically) the leading rusher in the nation, I would have figured we would be much higher.
No other real running threat consistently and we are more balanced yards wise than most people think. There are many teams out there that just flat out run the ball and rarely pass the ball with multiple running threats.

Hell yeah!! I will take 2nd even. For me, I'm interested in them winning enough to get a bowl game and the extra practice.
Extra practice and the experience of any bowl game should make the team even more hungry. Pj will love the bowl atmosphere and I am sure would make it fun for the players. I am sure Espn cant wait to interview PJ during bowl week, should be good tv! If it is warm weather todd what are the chance we see pj topless?

I definitely don't thing hungry is going to be an issue with this team. I've been nervous of a letdown the last three weeks, but they appear to be a really focused group. They continue to strive to get better, and it really bodes well for the future of the program. Taking this focus, dedication, and hard work into another off-season of strength and conditioning is going to be key in making this culture stick. The coaches can set the tone and expectations, but ultimately the players buying in, and teaching that culture to incoming freshmen and recruits is what sustains success.

Same here. This is just a totally different WMU team than I'm used to seeing.

I am looking forward to 11/4/2015. Don't get me wrong, this year has been a blast. Love seeing what has developed over the last year. But next year at this time I believe the Broncos will be even more fun to watch, and we will be looking at some really special times ahead in Bronco Football.
Thanks, Hiller. I don't always catch the sports report, I'm a channel changer when I watch TV, so your posting this year brings me up to date on these matters. Great piece by a station that I understand does a lot for WMU. I just wished that the GR Press would be more accommodating for the second best Division I football team in the state.
