Cheers. I salute the hatred. Great rivalry over the years but the passion will definitely wane and it already has for many. With VCU having Richmond, Mason, GW, and now Davidson as basketball-centric and geographical rivals, ODU inevitably moves down the totem poll since we play all of them at least twice with conference implications on the line and we'll only ever play ODU once a year in a non-conference game that means little to nothing for our season.

ODU being more competitive would also probably help, and it looks like Jeff Jones has you guys on your way.

The A-10 is a nice conference and you all have already profited off an increased basketball profile. It's sad to say but you are absolutely correct, VCU vs. ODU will wane as the years go on but for now the bad blood remains and will for awhile. Oh, and we will be competitive this year, be assured of that. Can't wait to see the Rams lose in Norfolk.

I expect you to believe nothing less.

It kills me that if you visit any one of their boards, they're not as active as ours. Maybe, Appy is close during this time of year, but as soon as Football ends, theirs dies down. I am speaking of each school's main message board, like Yosefscabin, Ninernation, etc. I'm not putting them down, I'm saying, we belong.

PH, if you're talking about me, you know I don't hate you. I get it. As has been stated by others, I got you and agree with most of your points, about a year ago, I got your message and haven't forgot it, couldn't forget it, you haven't allowed that to happen.

I am a big Georgetown basketball fan so I can focus my hate on Syacuse soon, damn, no I can't, those orange bastards jumped to the ACC...back to conference realignment, back to hating Jeff Bourne.
