Coach cooperated and gave multiple interviews. At some point, asking someone to provide cumulative testimony on subject matter that has been covered in prior interviews needs to stop. My advice would have been the same. He did not refuse to cooperate further; he refused to cooperate in the way outside counsel demanded that it play out. He was willing to provide information again but in a fashion that outside counsel did not like. It is inappropriate to claim that Coach refused to cooperate in this process.

I guess I view it as him getting an opportunity to earn his degree, not a promise that he will get an education. Looks like a money grab to get UNC to settle without having to go to trial.
