On the first run, you have 5 in the box. On the second you have 6. On the third, it's a really good illustration because you see the corner and safety, in twos, coming from the left and right to try, but fail, to run him down.
Your safeties are playing 10-12 yards off the line and wide of the hashes, just like I said.

Wrong! On the first run - Marshall is employing 4 WRs (check out 00:03). They are covered by 4 FAU DBs. One-on-one. The remaining safety and a LB are both in run support. FAU is in the nickel coverage. By the way, since the ball was snapped on one of the hashes, of course one of them is outside the hash marks.
On the second run (check at 00:11), Marshall has 3 wides, covered by 3 FAU DBs. FAU SS Daniel Parms (#17 at the top of the screen) is 3 yards from the line of scrimmage and the only player more than 5 yards off is the FS. He is 10 yards from the line of scrimmage. Again, FAU DBs are one-on-one.
The third run (00:19) - Marshall has 4 receivers out wide, they face 4 FAU DBs. In fact, both FAU safeties are in coverage, as well. SS Parms is late coming out of coverage (at the bottom of the screen). Again, FAU DBs are one-on-one.
As a bonus, on the fourth TD run (00:28), there are 3 Marshall WR lined up against 3 FAU backs, once again, one-on-one. All other FAU players are in run support.
This whole "outside of hashes" business is silly. The ball was snapped on the hash marks every time, so at least one FAU run support player is, of course, outside of the hashes. Even more so, when there are 3 or 4 Marshall wide-outs employed on the play, facing FAU backs one-on-one.
All this supports my thesis that FAU DBs, indeed, played man against Marshall WRs.
