Just heard on Drivetime Sports that Phil Elson will be the new voice of the Lady Razorback basketball team and the UAF baseball team. Definitely a loss for Central Arkansas.

Is he still with the Travelers? Looks to me like if he's doing hog baseball, there'll be a conflict with Travs baseball. I'm guessing that he's left the Travelers too. He is done with the Travs. I just checked their website. He's a full blown hog. I guess they don't have a problem using a Trojan PA man(Preston Lewis), or a Lady Trojan radio announcer(Phil Elson), but I don't think we have to worry about them taking our coach. They evidently weren't interested in the best women's coach in the state, so I don't think you guys have to worry about them hiring your buddy Shields out from under you.

Elson is really good at what he does, that's a tough loss for you guys. I loved listening to him call Traveler games.
