Video options at Charlotte
What video options exist for this game? In looking at the Charlotte video sight I fail to see anything scheduled.

Was about to ask This myself. Also the other game I'm wondering about is Stony Brook. In my opinion that will be a huge game that we need to win- but we may have to rely on schick to tell us how it goes :S

$9.95 for the game. That bites.

But the most popular option is $69.95 for the whole season! Join today!

Looks like you can pay for a monthly subscription on Charlotte49ers.tv for 9.95 but then you will have to deal with the automatic renewal cancellation BS.

All their games are broadcast live on WCCB in Charlotte. Their website is WCCB. I think you can stream the game directly from this site. If not, it will be on both http://www.wiziwig.tv/ and firstrowsports as I've seen all of Charlotte's home games previously listed on each.

I took a look at Wiziwig for the first time this weekend and got all sorts of pop ups to download third party video decoders, etc. I sthere one that you use that works on this site and doesnt put my computer at risk for a virus?

Did you make your way to the forum in WIZIWIG.TV?

I set myself up a username, and worked my way to the NCAA forum where I found our game and selected one of a couple different links. I have not been getting popups or had any concerns with this site.

Are you sure that it wasn't Firstrowsports where you get the pop ups? I constantly fend them off and have to be careful with this site. Though, now having used it for a few years, I have learned what to look for and how to stay out of trouble with it.

Did not set up a user account. I could see how that might minimize the risks. Thanks.

Download XBMC and your life will be changed. Use the add-on, Sports Devil. No viruses and simple interface.

Hmmmm... download XBMC and use the add-on Sports Devil? Sounds like a phishing scam to me! J/k

Thanks for the idea wh49er. Unfortunately, whenever I read your screen name, the "niner" in 49er comes out and it reads, "whiner". In all fairness, we have plenty of whiners on this board, so you are in good company!

Good luck with your season aside from this coming weekend!

Why would you have a non televised noon game? That makes zero sense..I thought the only reason to have noon games now adays was TV..

It is televised. All their home games are televised. WCCB in Charlotte. That is the reason for all of the noon games. That's what WCCB gave them.

My bad. Quickly skimmed over this thread. Thought that was radio.

Installing Adblock Plus will also eliminate pop-ups and ads on sites like firstrow and wiziwig.

FWIW, I just went ahead and signed up for the feed via charlotte49ers.com and so far the quality is pretty darn good. Watched a few video highlights and what not and I am impressed by the consistency and quality so far.

Yea, we used to have something good too until it all got screwed up this year. I'm dreading MBB and WBB season and having to fight with Madizone. Football I don't use so much since I'm at the home games.

Any reason that the link for WCCB won't work tomorrow for the game? This seems to be the most cost effective way to see the game, right? Any help from 49ers is appreciated.

For me personally, I would wait until tomorrow morning to see if it will be on http://www.Firstrowsports.eu. That site doesn't release what it is going to show until the day of the event. Since it is live broadcast on Charlotte's WCCB, I would bet on it being streamed on firstrow as they almost always show games that are on TV even if its just a local broadcast.
