WKU is 2-4 with their 2 wins coming at home versus Bowling Green and on the road at Navy.

4 losses include three conference losses. They did play MTSU close losing 50-47.

I don't know much about the team except for what their results say. It seems like they can put up (42.1 points per game) points which means our defense will struggle as usual, but they also seem to give up plenty of points (average of 39.5 points per game). I am not seeing an 11 point dog just based on the results. What am I missing?

Their QB averages 416 yards passing per game and we concede 69 percent of attempts. They won at Navy and defeated MAC favorite BG by 28 points. They should have beaten MTSU on the road, lost in 3OT.

We can't start games, they can't close games but we have been the medicine teams have needed to get back on the right track (UTEP, MTSU).

The next question is how many of us are going to risk a malicious computer virus to watch this game?

Yes I'll be there in support of the team. Hopefully after this bye week we will have a good showing and come home with a "W".

The game appears to be available on the Western Kentucky website and the C-USA Digital Network. Each are pay per view sites.

I paid for Idaho last year. Still getting offers from them.

I wonder if the fact that this game could go over four hours has anything to do with it being the only ODU game not televised.

If we have to have a game that is not televised, this is the right one for me. We will be at Camp Lejeune welcoming home our son-in-law from Afghanistan. This will be a great weekend!

In summary Lawry is starting. Butler, Chris Smith, Simpson, and Simon are back.

The depth chart shows Little starting at WR over Lowe.

Schmidt is backup middle linebacker due to some off the field issues with Staton

Not sure how much it will help, but it will be nice to have the full compliment of defensive players outside of Rob Thompson.

The way I read the details it will keep renewing at $7.50 for up to the next four months. You just need to remember to cancel for any following month you don't want. There is a smartphone app for it. Looks like most C-USA teams are listed except ODU!! I think there's a couple of teams on the list for BB away games that are not on the ODU ASN television schedule. FAU is on the list and I plan to use the app to watch the FB at the VCU BB game.
