RE: The SEC East is bad!!!
The SEC East was the power in the SEC not all that long ago. It wasn't that long ago that the Tennessee-Florida game decided the SEC Championship every year. The SEC West is dominant now. But it won't remain that way forever.

The only division worse this year might be the B1G west.

This is complete utter BS but I see why a Big Ten fan would love to believe. Georgia would handily beat most teams in the country not in the SEC. Sure, you have Oregon, FSU, Notre Dame, and maybe a few other teams that even have the same level of athletes on the field but it is what it is.

South Carolina could easily be in the top 25 if they played in the Pac-12 or Big 10.

Lopsided games happen all the time even among top 25 teams. Do you seriously think the Texas A&M offense is not good enough to score a single point on Alabama yet Southern Miss could score more than once?

Ahhh, another holy reverend of the SEC faith. Are you going to cry when Ohio State gets into the Playoff? Rant? Rave around like a lunatic crying out how the North is corrupt and the South needs to try to break away again?

03-lmfao

Considering I dislike the south as an area and most of the country idiots that live here no.

I'm an Alabama fan because I went there for two semesters but don't lump me in with the good ole boys lol.

Fair enough.

I gave due respect to UGA and I'm not talking about aTm. I'm talking about how bad the SEC East is. I can't remember a time when they collectively were this much worse than the SEC West.

You get no arguments from me Big Ron. The East with the exception of Georgia, and some kudos to a rebuilding Kentucky, does wreak. That is why I think the biggest fail of Slive has been to allow the imbalance to balloon. We all know it is part of a cycle, but when Tennessee and Florida are both way down, and South Carolina is suffering from the loss of a solid core of players, then having Vanderbilt and Kentucky to add to the mix just doesn't make for a solid football division.

The SEC would have been much better served if Alabama and Auburn had moved to the East and Vanderbilt and Missouri had moved to the West. There is no reason the divisions can not be reformed every 8 years or so to keep some semblance of balance.

And, I also agree that the since divisional play came into existence in the SEC in 1992 this has been the worst imbalance on record.

Perhaps when they have more than two divisions, that will help.

I agree that the SEC West is freakishly good, but Florida getting blown out at home? And when was Tennessee last good? Filmer? The Big 3 in the east have shifted and are now UGA, USC, & Mizzou.

And that's not a big 3. It's more like the big Dawg, and two occasional contenders.
