Is he kin to that Jarrard (sp?) Mayo who is/was in the NFL?

Are you sure they aren't related?

I see what you mean... The likeness, ESPECIALLY in the eyes... It's uncanny.

Jackson certainly. He is probably our top prospect for the next level. Showers would have to blow the doors off the measurables portion of the process.

Valdon Cooper is athletic enough to be an NFL corner but I just don't know if he has the wingspan or height for the job.

The NFL is about size, he meets those requirements. He is a big strong, good runner, with a strong arm. A team will pick him up and work on his accuracy and touch. He tends to miss WRs on intermediate routes, but if he needs to sling it he's got plenty of arm.

Reminds me of a poor man's Cam Newton.

RE: 2015 Draft Prospects for SBC
Those are all seniors, right? I think Q. Lee is the best defender in the league but he is short for the NFL. Arkansas State doesn't have a lot of seniors that play big roles this year. We have 5 or 6 seniors on defense that start or rotate in and on offense we lose two offensive linemen who are both first year starters. We don't lose a single skill guy on offense and only one defensive lineman is a senior.

It is weird to think that the Red Wolves are such a young team.

Ahhhh, now I see why people are so quick to point out that they are NOT related. On a second note, I hope one of them has an explosive pass rushing move like a swim technique, that they refer to as the "Miracle Whip." That'd be hilarious.

Mayo is listed as in ILB. Prospect #456, 24th at his position.

Kid has been in the top 3 TT all this year and currently leads the FBS. Shows you what they really think of G5 players.
