Sorry but as i have said before that is all i know anything about, and I make it clear that my predictions are based only on talent.
No problem that that offends some people who really are just fans being fans, and defending their team.
The GaSo and UL posters are just really good 'fans', as are the A-State posters but they are more skilled at being politically correct.

Yet if you visit The Den (their Scout site) you will see many many threads disrespecting several programs in the Sun Belt. According to them Texas St is talentless, the Cajuns are slow and not very good, South Al is mediocre, Troy is terrible and GaSo well they are lucky they get to avoid the Red Wolves.
Go take a peek, seems like they try to placate every fan base here to make friends but truly think they are the be all and end all.
I won't hold them accountable for what they say at their home board, we all behave a little differently when at home both literally and figuratively (message board home). I was basing my comments on behavior seen here, out in the community if you will.

We have a lot of fans who post on our home board that don't post here and they are by and large much more partisan. That tends to make everyone more partisan.
That said, it may indeed be a bit more pronounced with Arkansans. We do sometimes have a unique psychology when dealing with outsiders.

We were heathens in Arkansas for cheering for the Cajuns to beat the Pigs last year.

I think what you see there is typical of all fan bases. On their own sites they tend to be much more strident and abusive towards their opponents. Here, fans tend to be more friendly and respectful of others. Just hande them like you'd handle a rattle snake and you'll be fine.
When I was three, I had been out playing in the back yard. I came running in telling my mother I had found a new pet and wanted to know if we could keep it. She asked what it was, and I held out a dead rattlesnake.
My father still loves to tell the story of the reaction that followed. He had to come home from work to keep her from freaking out.
I would fully expect GS fans to rate high on the rankings of annoying fan bases.
Not that I particularly enjoy being labeled as annoying, but I - along with many other posters - have no problem aiming high for our program and being very pleased when the Eagles succeed and make us look good.
Rorschach can lay out our thoughts a bit more dramatically...

That has more to do with the enemy of my enemy deal than pulling for the Cajuns.
At all times GS fans. Now when UL gets a few wins under their belts( about the same as someone who drinks a bit two much) then we hear how they are the greatest and can't wait to get out of this conf. Then they lose and most of them slink home get under the bed until they win another game. Now before you Cajuns get all bent out of shape remember I always call you by the name you want here and on stAte Nation. I love our game week.

I kinda understand the not posting so much though... I felt defeated when we lost to the Cajuns. Did NOT want to post all.
And we (for the most part) weren't even predicting a big win. For me at least, it was like letting the conference down after so many picked a big win, and we were feeling pretty good.
So I get it Cajun guys that aren't posting, or are slowly coming back... I do. (and I'm not even saying you guys feel that way).

It's all about HOW they come back. Not that they come back.

Anybody notice the crickets chirping. Ha! It must be the lack of Troy fans manning their key boards. I'm a bit perplexed they didn't make the top three. How quickly we forget. Let's not forget MKrapp, single hand-idly puts MTSU in the top two.

MTSU fans have been much more reserved than I expected since the CUSA move.
WKU fans have gotten exponentially worse since and deserve higher than MTSU. I hesitate to even say it since they will now show up with charts and excel spreadsheets.
