Is there a concerted effort to promote Trick-or-Treating at Tiger Lane on 10/31?
Might help with attendance. School should promote this.

supposedly there will be. Why they haven't announced it is beyond me. Someone said it's because they didn't want to announce it this far out and people forget about it.
But I don't think society is like that anymore. I know my family's not. Plans are made a long time out. We're going anyway, but I could see some with kids who will make plans based on where they can take their kids for Halloween night. Many will likely make other plans and by the time the school gets around to making the announcement they will have lost out on a good number of attendees (not talking about the regulars who would be there anyway).

There should be a concerted effort to encourage parents to bring their kids. This will give kids a chance to visit the campus, and could "recruit" a future sports star to University Of Memphis... unless this is all for kids already.
